1. Day 1 · Siliguri to Chakung | Arrival & Welcome

   Begin your journey from Siliguri with a scenic drive towards Chakung. After reaching the village, check into your homestay and settle in while enjoying your first views of the surrounding hills and forests. In the evening, gather for a traditional Sikkimese welcome dinner followed by icebreaking activities and a quick briefing about the adventures ahead. 2. Day 2 · Experience Village Life & Local Culture

   Spend the day experiencing the slower, simpler rhythm of village life. Walk through Chakung, meet local families, explore farms and gardens, and listen to stories of Chakung and Lepha Gaon shared by village elders. Later, get hands-on with local culture through a momo-making session and traditional jar-making session. 3. Day 3 · Barsey Rhododendron Sanctuary Trek

   Head towards Barsey Rhododendron Sanctuary and begin your trek through the beautiful Himalayan forest. Explore the sanctuary on a guided trek, followed by a nature walk focused on the region's birds, wildlife and alpine flora. Spend the night at Barsey and wind down with a local wine-tasting session and stargazing under the mountain sky. 4. Day 4 · Waterfalls, Culture & Campfire Night

   Start the morning with a visit to Geythang Waterfall near Sombaria, with time to explore and take photographs before returning to Chakung.The evening brings everyone together for a local folk-dance performance, followed by a cozy campfire, open mic, music, games and group activities. 5. Day 5 · Durpin Dara Sunrise & Return to Siliguri

   Wake up before dawn for one final adventure: a sunrise walk to Durpin Dara. Watch the Himalayan landscape light up with the morning sun before taking a group photo and saying goodbye to Chakung. Return to the homestay for a farewell breakfast, then begin the journey back to Siliguri.
